Luckson Sikananu is a Zambian communications and ventures professional with academic and professional experience spanning Africa and Europe. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication Studies from the University of Zambia, a Master’s degree in Journalism, Media and Globalisation from Aarhus University, and a Master’s degree in Politics and Communication from the University of Amsterdam.
Over the past five years living and working in Europe, Luckson has worked across journalism, strategic communications, international development, media innovation, and corporate affairs — including roles within the medical technology sector, global sustainability organisations, and international media development institutions. This exposure has shaped a broader understanding of how systems, infrastructure, technology, and markets interact across different operating environments.
At Tomile, he focuses on venture strategy, market positioning, partnerships, and long-term business development. His work is driven by a strong interest in identifying overlooked market inefficiencies and building commercially grounded solutions tailored to local realities.
