Fresh2Go is a technology-enabled surplus food marketplace connecting formal food retailers and hospitality businesses in Lusaka with value-conscious consumers. The platform addresses a clear market inefficiency: surplus food inventory that remains safe and commercially viable is routinely discarded despite continued consumer demand for affordable food options.

Fresh2Go enables suppliers to convert excess inventory into structured, time-sensitive offers distributed through a managed digital platform. The model supports cost recovery for businesses while improving access to affordable food in urban markets.

The venture is currently in pilot development, with an initial four-month proof-of-concept planned along the Great East Road corridor and student-dense clusters in Lusaka.
